New Cold Storage Facility Built in 2022, according to the latest Global GAP and HASAP standards.

With the intention of ensuring the highest standards in production and providing the most modern approach to apple storage, in collaboration with the IPARD fund, Apple One has constructed the most modern facility for the storage and handling of fruit, with all necessary accompanying facilities and infrastructure within the orchard itself.

Thanks to modern technological standards, our cold storage ensures a controlled atmosphere and freshness of the fruit at all times. The cold storage facility, with a capacity of 720 tons and a total area of 1,046 m², allows apples to maintain their properties at the appropriate temperature and controlled atmosphere. The technological parameters in the cooling chambers are adjusted depending on the individual varieties and quality of the harvested fruits.
